Quality is our policy
Quality comes from doing the same careful steps on every job: inspect first, match the method to the surface, use residue-conscious products, set realistic expectations, communicate clearly and review the results with you.

What quality means to us
For a San Diego homeowner, quality is simple: the job you were quoted is the job that gets done, the results match what you were told to expect, and nothing is left behind that causes problems later. The practices below are how we work toward that on every visit.
Inspection before cleaning
Every visit begins with a walk-through of the areas, materials and concerns you point out. We identify the fiber, fabric or surface, look at traffic patterns and spots, and note anything that needs special care before work begins.
Surface-specific methods
Carpet, upholstery, tile and natural stone each need a different approach. Our technicians follow the same pre-treat, extract and spot-treat sequence with industry-standard truckmount equipment, adjusting solutions, agitation and technique for each material.
Some materials call for a lighter touch, and some items are outside what we clean — for example, we clean synthetic, manufactured area rugs, not oriental, delicate or imported rugs.
Cleaning products and residue
Soap or detergent left in carpet can attract new soil and make it look dirty again sooner. We use CRI Certified residue-free products and rinse with hot-water extraction so that as little as possible is left in the fibers.
Realistic expectations
We explain what is likely to improve and what may not — such as dye stains, bleach marks, sun fading or permanent damage — before work begins. We would rather set honest expectations than promise results that cannot be delivered.
Customer communication
Pricing is quoted on-site for transparency, and we explain the recommended approach so there are no surprises. Add-ons such as pet treatment are discussed and quoted separately, based on what we see in each room.
Final inspection and walkthrough
We review the cleaned areas with you and share drying and after-care guidance before we leave. If something does not look right, that is the time to tell us so we can look at it together.
