What we clean
Manufactured rugs are our specialty.
Most rugs in San Diego homes are power-loomed from synthetic fiber, and they clean up beautifully with hot water extraction. We clean them in place, so there is no drop-off, no pickup fee and no waiting weeks for a rug to come back.
Synthetic fibers
Nylon, polyester, polypropylene (olefin), triexta and synthetic blends all respond well to hot water extraction.
Indoor-outdoor & patio rugs

Rugs we do not take on.
We would rather turn a rug down than risk damaging something irreplaceable. We do not clean oriental, Persian or other hand-knotted rugs, antique or heirloom rugs, silk, viscose or other delicate natural fibers, or imported specialty rugs. Those need a specialist wash plant with immersion washing and controlled drying — not an in-home extraction.

How it works
Five steps, done in your home.

Inspect the rug
We check the backing, fiber and any dye or wear issues before anything gets wet, and tell you straight if we are not the right fit for that rug.

Dry soil removal
Loose grit and pet hair come out first — most of what dulls a rug is dry soil ground into the base of the pile.

Pre-treat spots
Traffic lanes, spills and pet spots get a targeted pre-spray and dwell time instead of a single heavy pass.

Hot water extraction
Truck-mounted steam cleaning rinses the fibers and pulls the soil and solution back out so nothing sticky is left behind.
- 5
Groom & speed dry
We groom the pile back into place and set air movers so the rug and the floor underneath dry properly.
