Stage 1: Booking

Call or build a quote online with the rooms, stairs and any problems like pet areas. We quote onsite for accuracy and transparency, so the final price reflects what the technician actually sees.

Stage 2: Prep at home

  • Pick up toys, shoes, cords and small items from floors.
  • Move fragile or valuable items off the carpet.
  • Reserve parking near the entry for the truck-mounted unit.
  • Secure pets in a room that isn't being cleaned.

Stage 3: Arrival and walk-through

The technician walks through each room with you, notes stains, traffic lanes, pet areas and fiber type, and confirms the price before starting. This is the time to point out spots you've treated yourself.

Stage 4: Cleaning

  1. 1Hoses run from the truck-mounted unit; doors may be kept slightly open.
  2. 2Traffic areas and spots are pre-treated with CRI-certified, residue-free products.
  3. 3Carpet is cleaned with hot-water extraction.
  4. 4Furniture we moved is set on tabs or blocks.
  5. 5Final review with you.

Stage 5: Drying and aftercare

Drying time is often several hours depending on airflow, humidity and carpet. Coastal areas may take longer than inland neighborhoods.
