Soap residue attracts soil
Detergent left in carpet fibers stays sticky, so dirt clings to it and the carpet looks dingy again within weeks. Hot water extraction rinses the fiber and pulls the solution back out, which is why a properly extracted carpet stays cleaner longer.
Better for sensitive households
Carpet holds dust, dander, and pollen that settle out of the air. A deep rinse removes that load rather than covering it with fragrance, which matters in homes with allergies, asthma, young children, or pets.
Faster drying
- Powerful extraction removes more moisture in the same pass.
- Air movement and ventilation shorten drying time further.
- Less moisture left behind means less chance of odor returning.
What we use
Our technicians are IICRC certified and choose solutions appropriate for each fiber and soil type, favoring low-residue, non-toxic products wherever they will do the job properly.
